A scientific periodical published jointly by the Authentic Vegan, Consulting and Publishing organisations with an aim to provide informed discourse and relevant knowledge extensions on topics of relevance for macrobiotic veganism as a dietary choice and lifestyle in conjunction with all issues of importance for human life, existence and being.

The second volume’s first issue of Authentic Veganism is dedicated to discussing the trends and state of veganism from the perspective of authentic macrobiotic veganism, a dietary regimen that has emerged motivated by the rights of humans to most appropriate nourishment given their bodies physiological needs.
